Changes/bug fixes in release
* When system accounts are logged in, the modify account settings link on the homepage should be "Manage Disc App" instead. enhancement
* User read thread history should not save data for system accounts. bug
* System admin accounts should not be able to delete reported thread records for applications shared by a common owner. bug needed

I noticed a security bug with the reported threads section of the site after double checking the previous release which caused me to create this follow up release. I also tacked on one additional bug and a new small new feature "just because".
