Bugfixes in this release:
* If automatic subject generation for no subject threads grows too large, the message is not posted and the user is returned to the homepage. bug
* Deleted forums should not be included in the forums and articles sitemap xml bug
* Site admin should be able to delete abuse entries they do not own. bug
* Widgets incorrectly require the user to be logged in to view them. bug needed

This was a quick bug fix update that fixed some edge case or seldom encountered bugs. The biggest change in this release is that the widgets should now be working again.
