Changes/bug fixes in this release:
* Appearance preview is missing CSS tag name
* Enable BBCode feature to all applications
* New application documentation email needs to be updated.
* Decrease memory footprint while service is running.
* Collapse on index showing "... (more)" on empty message in rare cases.
* (nm) is not getting added to thread subjects that have just spaces as the message body
* BBCode : When clicking cancel on image or link pop up, tag should not be inserted into message body.
* Image URLs should auto generate HTML img tag when posted.
* BBCode : Force HTML to be disabled everywhere when BBCode is enabled.
* LocaleResolver should not attempt to get configuration value if appId is not found.



Some important bug fixes here. Hopefully we won't see the intermittent slow response times that we've been seeing in the past week or so with the changes in this release.

The biggest released feature here is the ability to enable BBCode on any DiscApp now!
