Sorry Joyce, but I'm not quite following along with this one.

If frank was shot with one of the first shots he'd be staggering around on the sidewalk, not running out into the road.
Yes, he has to turn around before he is shot.
I don't know who shot him. I have three of the lawmen lined up shooting at him. I have the laser come out from Morgan's gun to represent when he's shot. But I found no way of telling who actually shot him.
I think the video represents this well enough. I devote an entire section to Frank.
