I found this some time ago in two Utah newspapers and wondered if these guys had anything in common, and who would be searching for Virgil Earp in January, 1868?

Salt Lake City Herald News January 15, 1868

"Information wanted –
Inquiries have been made of A. W. Street Esq., Postmaster of this city concerning the whereabouts of –

Albert Alley
Virgil Earp
Archie Henderson Lee
Isaac Hall
Lewis Misler

Any person knowing of the whereabouts of these men will please communicate the same to Mr. Street."

      I looked through the newspapers and found similar queries made to the same postmaster, A.W. Street. These seem to be queries made by family trying to locate other family members.....perhaps the query ... more

            Roy, did you know Virgil Earp was, or had been, staying in SLC, Utah in 1867 or 1868? I have never read of that before. Cheers PB
