The prosecutor says he talked to the witnesses and refused to bring charges against Holiday because the witnesses were not convincing and evidence Holiday was guilty was not there.
What witness would have said otherwise and was that witness available and why didn't that witness or witnesses testify?
Some people think Billy Clanton was a witness and suspect the Earps and Holiday were trying to silence him on Oct. 26th, 7 months after the stage incident. Why would Kate attempt to get her long time companion and lover hung? Why was her testimony ignored?
