What makes you think Wyatt was not walking towards Morgan when the Latter was shot? According to Wyatt's testimony he knew Billy was armed and firing.
I believe that Virgil may have fired at Ike as you state, meanwhile Wyatt turned his attention to where the other shots were coming from seeing that as the main threat.
I think that is pretty much as I have it in the video.
I don't know exactly when Wyatt turned around (or exactly when anything else happened for that matter.) I have Wyatt turn around at what I consider to be the "sweet spot" for it. Adjust a little sooner or a little later as you see fit.

Billy could have fallen facing FLY's Lodging home, placing his gun on his knee to fire towards Morgan. It is a more natural firing position.
Several witnesses testify to seeing Billy leaning against the little house with his gun across his knee. I don't think I can interpret any of them in a way that puts Billy in the position that you have him.
Lucas has him shooting while he is standing (I think leaning against the wall.)
Someone else has him slid down the wall, or squatting leaning against the corner, or something or another.
A couple of others have him sitting.
Light has him laid back with head and shoulders against the corner.
In the video I have him sitting. It's just a compramise. Personally I like C.H. Light's discription the best.

Thus, when Morgan goes down Wyatt from the corner of the Fly's has a dead-on center shot at Billy
The 3 empty cartridges were A. the one Billy fired originally at Wyatt. B. the one that felled Morgan and the third which either hit Doc or went into the air.
C.H. Light sees Billy shot 3 rounds from the corner of the little house. I agree.
I explain why I don't think Billy drew his gun at the begining of the fight in this post.
