Robert ... thanks again ... will have to dig out [at least] my Ben Daniels book and delve further ... and then factor in seemingly contemporary misspellings ... I managed to find William Bowles in Shillingberg ... and he's definitely the same bloke ... Adams appears to be pedantic but often mistaken on these sample pages ... will need at least three cents ... as usual, take care
