I probably do not recognize a difference in the two descriptions as you present them. Looks like I will have to do some worthwhile research.
I really appreciate your drawing attention to what is possibly just a careless conclusion. I don't know how much difference it will make in my opinion of the lazy lawyers but I am going to make an honest effort to get it right.
