Most of April 1. Oh well, Lee Valley usually had a good April Fool's joke but they quit doing them a few years ago.

      since Cub Scouts so I guess it makes sense I've never heard of them. :)

Usually their jokes were working but rather impractical things like a magnetic belt to hold hand planes on (heavy things), but this one year they made a tape measure without numbers, calling it a story tape.
